We've been serving moms in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, and the Philippines from 2019; since then, we've been working to improve our size chart and constantly testing to ensure it is as accurate as possible. From July 2020, our exchange rates have been greatly reduced, and we're proud to say it now has an accuracy of up to 99% - if you are still unsure and prefer us to help you with sizing matters, don't hesitate to reach us at size@japhethchiara.com or on our live chat with your sizing details.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. We are based in both Singapore and Malaysia and operate based on SGT. 


We ship worldwide; all international orders (out of Singapore and Malaysia) will be shipped by DHL delivery that offers real-time shipment monitoring and automatic notifications via email or text. 


We currently ship free for orders above S$50. However, for orders below S$50, shipping costs will vary based on your location. 

Returns must be requested within 5days from the date of item shipped.

Exchanges are allowed if you purchased the wrong size. Requests for exchange must be made within 6 weeks from the date of item shipped.

i’m in love!!

received the mesh series adjustable (aerial) and i can’t rave enough about how easy to use, convenient and lightweight it is! the mesh material makes it great for our sg weather, and the best part is that i can share it with my husband though we’re of different sizes!

Bought the baby carrier - mesh product/adjustable last week, haven’t used yet but i know this product from friend. Upon arrival, i have checked and all are good in terms of quality, color and adjustable size. Do washing ans color not bleach at all

Great purchase and no regrets!

Previously I was using mini monkey for my son who was only 1m ish. But realised it wasn’t feasible as his neck wasn’t stable, hence, I need one hand to support his head while doing chores. Contemplated a lot to get another carrier as I was worried it might be the same case as mini monkey. But since there were sales on Black Friday, I decided to get the mesh series/adjustable, and omg, it’s the best choice! Even my mom agreed. My son (2m today) fall asleep in it easily and it’s very easy to wear! Now this is really hands free baby wearing!
