Choose a size based on your pre-pregnancy weight - it is important that you refer to our sizing calculator and size chart placed right above the add to cart button on each product page.

We've been serving moms in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, and the Philippines from 2019; since then, we've been working to improve our size chart and constantly testing to ensure it is as accurate as possible. From July 2020, our exchange rates have been greatly reduced, and we're proud to say it now has an accuracy of up to 99% - if you are still unsure and prefer us to help you with sizing matters, don't hesitate to reach us at size@japhethchiara.com or on our live chat with your sizing details.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. We are based in both Singapore and Malaysia and operate based on SGT. 

We ship worldwide; all international orders (out of Singapore and Malaysia) will be shipped by DHL delivery that offers real-time shipment monitoring and automatic notifications via email or text. 

We currently ship free for orders above S$50. However, for orders below S$50, shipping costs will vary based on your location. 

Returns must be requested within 5days from the date of item shipped.

Exchanges are allowed if you purchased the wrong size. Requests for exchange must be made within 6 weeks from the date of item shipped.
