Need a fit check? If you’re unsure about your size and want to do a quick check before proceeding with an exchange {recommended!} – simply send us a few photos of you wearing the baby carrier with your little one inside!

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered!
To qualify for a return:

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

Returns are only available for regular-priced purchases made directly through www.japhethchiara.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for third-party purchases.
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Orders purchased on sale or discounted items.

Minor marks or imperfections that do not affect the overall look or fit of the item {e.g small loose threads or easily fixable issues}.

Items that have become defective due to washing, ironing, or mishandling.

How to return your items:
All returns must be shipped back via a trackable delivery method within 7 days of return approval. Please note that JAPHETH CHIARA is not liable for any lost mail so we recommend holding onto your tracking slip until we confirm your return has been received.
