SIZE EXCHANGE

You can request a size exchange within 6 weeks from the date of item shipped. Just email us at help@japhethchiara.com with the following details, and we’ll get everything sorted for you in no time:

Need a fit check? If you’re unsure about your size before proceeding {recommended!}, simply send us a few photos of you wearing the baby carrier with your little one inside.

Important note for size exchanges:

  • Carriers must be unwashed
  • Carriers must be in original condition, with tags attached

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered!

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

Returns are only available for regular-priced purchases made directly through www.japhethchiara.com.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Orders purchased on sale or discounted items.

  • Third-party purchases
  • Minor marks or imperfections that do not affect the overall look or fit of the item {e.g small loose threads or easily fixable issues}.

  • Items that have become defective due to washing, ironing, or mishandling.

How to return your items:
All returns must be shipped back via a trackable delivery method within 7 days of return approval. Please note that JAPHETH CHIARA is not liable for any lost mail so we recommend holding onto your tracking slip until we confirm your return has been received.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed after we’ve received and checked your item.
Once approved, refunds will be made via your original payment method.

PRE / BACK ORDER ITEMS

For all pre/back order purchases:

  • Pre/back order items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
  • Estimated arrival dates are subject to change.
  • Delays may happen due to factors beyond our control

ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Once your parcel has been shipped, it is considered in transit.

We understand delays can be frustrating but, cancellations are not allowed once the parcel is in transit.

If you’d still like to proceed with a return:

  • Please wait for the item to be delivered
  • Drop us an email to initiate your return request
  • Send the item back to us in its original condition

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

A FEW SMALL NOTES ✨

Do allow for slight differences in measurements {up to 0.5”–1.0”}, fabric placement for printed pieces, and how colours may appear across different screens and lighting.

These are part of the production process and are not considered defect – returns or exchanges based on these reasons will not be accepted.
