RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered!

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

Returns are only available for regular-priced purchases made directly through www.japhethchiara.com.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Orders purchased on sale or discounted items.

  • Third-party purchases

  • Minor marks or imperfections that do not affect the overall look or fit of the item {e.g small loose threads or easily fixable issues}.

  • Items that have become defective due to washing, ironing, or mishandling.

How to return your items:
All returns must be shipped back via a trackable delivery method within 7 days of return approval. Please note that JAPHETH CHIARA is not liable for any lost mail so we recommend holding onto your tracking slip until we confirm your return has been received.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed after we’ve received and checked your item.
Once approved, refunds will be made via your original payment method.

BUNDLES

Our bundles are specially curated and offered at exclusive bundle pricing ✨
As such, we’re unable to accept:

  • Partial returns from bundle purchases

  • Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle

For bundle returns, the entire bundle set must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
This includes:

  • Original packaging and tags

Items that are used, washed, incomplete, or not returned in original condition may not qualify for a refund or return approval.

We understand delays can be frustrating but, cancellations are not allowed once the parcel is in transit.

  • Send the item back to us in its original condition
