To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.

  • Returns are only available for regular-priced purchases made directly through www.japhethchiara.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for third-party purchases.

A: Our toddler pillow covers are made from the same fabric as our popular cooling summer bedding collection, featuring a blend of 85% cooling nylon and 15% spandex. The pillow’s inner filling is made of pearl cotton, while the outer layer features an airy 3D-WEAVE mesh for extra breathability.

Q: What is the size of the toddler pillow?
A: Our toddler pillow measures 45 cm by 35 cm.

Q: How does the cooling texture work on the cover?
A: The magic is in the advanced arc-cool yarn woven into the fabric – this innovative technology quickly absorbs and releases body heat, helping to keep the skin cool and comfy upon contact. It’s built with moisture-wicking fabric to keep things comfortable, even on warmer days.

A: Absolutely not! Filled with pearl cotton, it’s soft and springy enough to maintain its shape but firm where it counts—providing your little one with the perfect balance of comfort and support, while super-soft and snuggly sounds nice, the ideal toddler pillow is one that’s firm enough to bounce right back when you press down.

Q: How do I best clean and care for the toddler pillows?
A: To clean and care for the toddler pillow cover, machine wash on a gentle cold cycle or hand wash. We recommend washing it separately from other fabrics to protect the cooling yarn. Do not use a dryer; instead, hang or sun-dry to maintain its quality. For the pillow, it arrives vacuum-packed and may appear flat upon arrival —  wash both the cover and pillow upon receiving it to help fluff it back up. Dry the pillow thoroughly, and gently pat it into shape – allow a few days for it to regain its full fluffiness. Once fluffed, wash the pillow only when necessary.
