It can be hard to find time for yourself when you work full time and go home to kids, {or even if you’re one full-time mama!} ⁣⁣

⁣⁣
But NOT finding the time to put yourself first from time to time? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Can be detrimental to you in the long run ????⁣⁣
⁣⁣
As demanding as life as a mom can be, finding time for yourself IS necessary for your well-being and your family. Isn’t it better to be a well-balanced and happy mom than one who “gets things done” but is always stressed and frazzled? ????⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Here’s a quick tip for flipping the problem and finding a solution we all need on those busy, burned-out days. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⚡️ Try doing specific trade days with your partner to go out on your own, just to get your hair done or a facial. Or just a trip down to a mall yourself. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⚡️ Make a relaxation-only rule for your baby’s nap. Take time to relax. Instead of spending that precious hour when your baby is napping, running around, vacuuming, tidying, and putting a wash in. Split the tasks that need doing with your partner or a family member. ⁣⁣Use your baby’s nap as much-needed relaxation time. Watch that show, read a book or take a warm bath. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
How do you take time out alone as a mom? If you haven’t tried taking time out alone, then it’s time you plan one ASAP ????⚡️
