All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. We are based in both Singapore and Malaysia and operate based on SGT.

We ship worldwide; all international orders (out of Singapore and Malaysia) will be shipped by Fedex delivery that offers real-time shipment monitoring and automatic notifications via email or text.

We currently ship free for orders above S$80. However, for orders below S$80, shipping costs will vary based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 5days from the date of item shipped.

Exchanges are allowed if you purchased the wrong size. Requests for exchange must be made within 6 weeks from the date of item shipped.

What is the material made from?
85% cooling nylon 15% spandex

What age babies is it best suitable for the toddler size & what is the size?
Suitable from newborn up to little ones 5/6 years of age, depending how they want to cover up – size of the toddler blanket is at 120 cm by 100 cm.

What is the size for the adult blanket?
150 cm by 200 cm – it fits a queen size bed comfortably & can be shared with your partner but so far most people who’ve touched/ tried wants to get one each, that amazing it is.

Will newborn/ babies’ skin be sensitive to the blanket?
The cooling blankets are designed with utmost care & consideration for sensitive and are made from arc cool technology that has been known for its gentle and breathable fabrics – the material used in our blankets are hypoallergenic so they are not likely to cause an allergic reaction, blankets are also made free any harsh chemicals/ irritants that could potentially trigger your little one’s skin.

How does a cooling blanket work?
Weaved with advanced arc cool yarn, these blankets quickly transfer body heat from skin to fabric surface & dissipate aka “evaporate” – makes the skin feels really comfortable upon contact – the concept is based on advanced fabric technology that promote moisture wicking.

How to wash and care for the blanket?
Machine washable and/ or handwash.
Machine wash = gentle cold short wash cycles will do/ avoid hot water as it can damage the cooling fibres in the blanket.

Is the blanket removable or anything?
Nope, it’s non removable.

Is the blanket suitable even for aircon/ fan basically is it year round usage?
Yes, the blankets can be used year-round – they are especially beneficial is warm weather (sg hot weather) the blanket works well be it for fan or aircon

Can the blanket be personalized?
At this moment, the blanket cannot be personalized.

Kids super duper love it. Keep asking for the blanket even when its due for washing.
